Alligators and Blacktail Deer — What do they have in common?

This week on Hard Truths of Conservation, Dan Cabela and the HTC team head to Florida and investigate the conservation model behind the recovery of an ancient American reptile…the alligator. Today, forward-thinking conservation practices and ecotourism have paved a way for the alligator and the habitat which it calls home to thrive. 

From there, Dan sets off for Vancouver Island to explore the local relationship, history, harvesting, and conservation of the blacktail deer.
